For compound feeds, you can select from the Scope range. Liquids from the Scope range can also be adapted for use in a wide variety of pet and speciality feeds. For coating of normal coarse mixes and blends, there is the Blendflo range. Using the system, sensors on each tank feed a data logger in your mill office and this in turn updates a specialist stock control programme at our terminals. Summer trials service Testing new ideas and coating products takes time and requires specific expertise. You need to know your choice of options, then select a product, calibrate the pumps and sprayers and try it out. However, where spare time and people are in short supply, you could take advantage of Intermol's trial service which operates throughout the quieter months of the summer. We carry out a site survey for you and help you decide which liquid options will best suit your needs. Then we work with you in the mill to test them out on different batches of feed. NIR technology Intermol's Hull laboratory has pioneered the use of near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analysis techniques on liquids - massively increasing the scale and speed of testing - we can test enormous quantities of samples much more quickly than wet chemistry methods. This has revolutionised product consistency both batch to batch and load to load.
